Two queens. One sky.
Once, the clouds above Dojo Islands started behaving strangely. Music drifted out of them. Colored flowers fell out of them like rain. It took us a few days to figure out the cause: Queen Baa of the sheep and Queen Bee of the bees were having a serious disagreement up there, and the sky was getting caught in the middle.
Five weeks of escalation.
New cloud islands kept drifting in, harder to climb than the last, each one raining color down on the ground when you flipped its switch. Two costume tents went up so kids could pick a side. Sheep Costume came with Super Jump, Bee Costume came with Double Speed. The whale disappeared. The Shippelin took a detour. And a giant Cloud Castle floated overhead the whole time, locked tight, daring anyone to figure out how to get inside.
Settled with a dance battle.
Right when it looked like the queens were going to actually throw down, they settled it the only sensible way. The Slime Fire in the Central Caldera turned into a dance floor. The Cloud Castle elevator opened up for good. The mailbox sent everyone home with ten music note blocks. The queens kept their pride, the island kept its sky, and nobody ever had to admit who actually won.
